The Renegade fixed-height basketball system offers a solid playground setup with one important difference. Even though the Renegade is considered a fixed-height system, the extension arm can be attached at any point along the vertical pole, setting the rim height lower than 10′ if needed. This makes the Renegade a perfect choice for settings like elementary schools where a lower rim height is required.
The post and extension arm on the Renegade are 4 1/2″ diameter galvanized steel. The backboard on the Renegade mounts 48″ from the post, providing plenty of run through room for safe play. The Renegade comes in nine different backboard and rim options. Backboard choices include clear acrylic, steel, aluminum, and fiberglass in a variety of shapes and sizes.
The Renegade features the First Team lifetime limited warranty.

Description
The Renegade fixed-height basketball system features a solid 4 1/2″ galvanized pole and extension arm and offers the flexibility to mount the rim at a 10′ height or any point less than that. This makes the Renegade a perfect choice for playgrounds for kids of all ages. The distance from the backboard to the post on the Renegade is 48″. The Renegade is solid and sturdy and can handle all of the challenges of unsupervised play and The Renegade has a First Team lifetime limited warranty.
Nine backboard options are available with the Renegade. Choose between three clear acrylic backboards (36″x54″, 36″x60″ and 42″x72″), two steel backboards (36″x60″ and 42″x60″), three aluminum backboards (36″x54″ fan-shaped, 36″x60″ and 42″x60″), and one fiberglass backboard (39″x54″ fan-shaped).
Double-rim fixed goals are standard on all backboard systems using steel, aluminum and fiberglass and flex rims are standard on the clear acrylic systems but either of the two rims can be used on all systems at the customer’s request.
