For a rough and tumble fixed-height playground basketball system, choose the Brute! A 5/ 9/16″ diameter galvanized gooseneck pole offers the Brute a sturdiness beyond most other similar systems.
The backboard on the Brute mounts 72″-78″ from the vertical part of the post, providing an abundance of run through room to accommodate the highest levels of play. The Brute comes in 12 different backboard and rim options. Backboard choices include clear acrylic, steel, aluminum, and fiberglass in a variety of shapes and sizes.
The Brute features the First Team lifetime unconditional warranty.

Description
The Brute fixed-height basketball system features a solid 5 9/16″ galvanized gooseneck pole, offering safe and sturdy play for any setting. The distance from the backboard to the post on the Brute can be set anywhere between 72″ to 78″. The Brute can handle the toughest of situations and has a First Team lifetime unconditional warranty.
Twelve backboard options are available with the Brute. Choose between three clear acrylic backboards (36″x54″, 36″x60″ and 42″x72″), three steel backboards (36″x60″, 42″x60″ and 42″x72″), four aluminum backboards (36″x54″ fan-shaped, 36″x60″, 42″x60″ and 42″x72″ perforated), and two fiberglass backboards (39″x54″ fan-shaped and 42″x72).
Double-rim fixed goals are standard on all backboard systems using steel, aluminum and fiberglass and flex rims are standard on the clear acrylic systems but either of the two rims can be used on all systems at the customer’s request.
