The Challenger is adjustable down to 7’6″ and the distance from the backboard to the post is 30″ when the rim is at 10′. There are five different backboard and rim options available for the Challenger.

Description
The PowerHouse Challenger features strength and durability at an attractive price point. Like all First Team goals, the Challenger is made in the USA.
The Challenger has a 5″x5″ square post. The adjustment mechanism allows the goal to be cranked down to as low as 7’6″. When the rim height is at 10′, the distance from the backboard to the post is 30″.
The Challenger is mounted to the ground using a bolt down anchor system. This system is much easier to install than direct bury poles and, additionally, allows the goal to be relocated if that is ever needed. The Challenger features the First Team Weatherguard rustproof undercoat protection which galvanizes the steel prior to powder coating.
The Challenger comes in five different backboard and rim combinations. Backboards are available in tempered glass and clear acrylic in sizes either 36″x54″ or 36″x60″. Pole padding is available for all Challenger units and backboard padding is an option when glass or acrylic backboards are used.
All Challenger adjustable goals have a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
